Support Group on Stress Management, Anger Management, Managing Conflicts, Grief & Loss

Provides cognitive, holistic and emotional regulation techniques to help manage stress, anxiety, anger, conflicts, work-life balance and is compassion focused. Promotes social interaction, strengthens coping skills, and provides support from others with similar struggles.

Provides healing from the underlying reasons that contribute to the use of drugs and/or alcohol.  Promotes social interaction, strengthens coping skills, and provides support from others with similar struggles.

Provides spiritual guidance that encourages hope, purpose and meaning in life. It recognizes the existence of a Higher Power, essential for the human experience and promotes positive emotions, coping mechanisms, behavioral changes, and more harmonious relationships.
